Open Mic Hatteras Village

Mother nature finally cooperated enough to allow us the execution of our first open mic of season 3!
Albeit, slightly chilly, there was still a good crowd milling around the courtyard and the deli. This year open mic coincided with Cinco de Mayo and we sold clear out of chicken enchiladas, coronas, and Dos Equis. All in all, an enjoyable and successful evening. I am thankful for all that came out and supported us especially the musicians who so courageously share their talents with us and our guests. It is truly a treat!

Weather permitting, we will be giving up the stage every Thursday from 7pm-11pm. Kaias Kitchen is in the Stowe on Twelve Shopping Center in Hatteras Village. You can call us for more details at 252-986-2024. Come check us out and more importantly come support local, live music!

Mother's Day Brunch

Weather looks great for Saturday, Mother's Day weekend. 73 & sunny. Sunday, not so great...scattered thunderstorms possible 50%. I suppose I will try an remain a glass half full kind of gal and hope for the best.
